Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install CCTV camera systems in commercial, residential, or industrial settings according to specifications and Quotation.

Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance checks on CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning optimally. This includes cleaning lenses, checking connections, and updating firmware.

Service:

Repair or replace faulty components of CCTV systems, such as cameras, cables, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and monitors.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a recognized institution.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Sales Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the CCTV camera industry.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.

Quotation and Proposal Preparation,Order Processing:

Prepare quotations and proposals for CCTV camera systems based on customer requirements, pricing guidelines, and company policies,Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree Must from a recognized institution.
Fresh or Experience graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
